Basic Yoga : Students who would like to learn hatha yoga starting from a foundation of basic poses.
Mixed Level Yoga : Students will practice hatha yoga poses by using the Universal Principles of Alignment (t.m.), learning to align with Divine grace based on the Anusara Inspired Yoga style, a heart oriented yoga style. All level students are invited.
Lunch Time Yoga : For all students who would like to practice yoga at lunch time to refresh their minds and strengthen their bodies and over-all wellness.
Fertility Yoga : Students who would like to have a child in the near future and/or students who are having difficulties becoming pregnant, a Fertility Yoga class will be offered. This class will help students release their stress from daily life and become more balanced in mind, body and heart. They will learn pelvic and legs alignment from the Universal Principles of Alignment (t.m.) and practice yoga poses to create better pranic flow of the pelvis.
